Samsung recently unveiled its affordable Galaxy S25 FE (Fan Edition), but Motorola is set to overshadow it with the upcoming launch of the moto g06, priced at just £69.99 – significantly lower than the FE device.
Despite its budget-friendly price, the moto g06 offers impressive features including a vibrant 6.88-inch display, a 50MP rear camera, splash-proof design, and a soft luxe texture finish. It also boasts Gorilla Glass 3 for screen protection, expandable storage via a microSD card, a rare feature in modern smartphones.
Additional highlights of the moto g06 include stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Bass Boost technology, powered by a MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme chipset. Motorola promises smart AI enhancements like Circle to Search with Google and image editing tools such as Magic Editor, Magic Eraser, and Photo Unblur.
In addition to the moto g06, Motorola is introducing the moto g06 power, featuring a larger 7000mAh battery that can easily last users through a day and beyond, with claims of up to two and a half days on a single charge. Priced at £89.99, the moto g06 power will also be available for purchase in the UK next month.
Miles Norman, UK&I Country General Manager at Motorola, expressed pride in delivering remarkable features at an affordable price with the moto g06 and g06 power. He highlighted the g06 power’s substantial battery capacity designed to meet the demands of today’s always-connected lifestyles, reinforcing Motorola’s commitment to providing powerful and reliable technology to a wider audience worldwide.
