Professor Franklin Joseph, a specialist affiliated with Dr. Frank’s Weight Loss Clinic, advocates for the inclusion of wheatgerm in daily diets. He emphasizes that the nutrient-rich heart of the wheat kernel could play a vital role in reducing cravings, boosting fiber intake, and supporting weight management objectives.
