Brigitte Macron Readies Photo Proof in Defamation Case

-

The spouse of Emmanuel Macron is preparing to submit photographic evidence in a United States court to confirm her gender. The legal representative for the French president and his wife, Brigitte, announced that they intend to use the photos as part of their defamation case against conservative influencer Candace Owens. The lawsuits, filed in July, allege that Owens spread false and harmful information that led to a campaign of global humiliation and continuous harassment.

During an interview on the BBC’s Fame Under Fire podcast, lead attorney Tom Clare stated that the couple is prepared to demonstrate the falsehood of Owens’ claims both generally and specifically. While not divulging specific details, Clare mentioned that expert testimony with a scientific basis will be utilized by their legal team.

When questioned about whether the photographs would depict Mrs. Macron during pregnancy, the lawyer declined to elaborate, mentioning that the images would be presented in court. Clare expressed that Owens’ remarks had deeply upset the Macrons, emphasizing the emotional toll of having to provide such evidence.

Despite the distress caused by the situation, Mrs. Macron is willing to undergo the public process to correct the record. Clare acknowledged that the claims had been a distraction for the French leader but emphasized that it had not significantly impacted his performance, noting that being the president of a nation does not make one immune to such challenges.
