“Luke Littler Goes Solo After Split with Management”

-

Luke Littler has announced his new career direction following a surprising split revealed just before the World Grand Prix. The 18-year-old has parted ways with ZXF Sports Management, ending a partnership that began when he was only 13, right before his first match in Leicester.

In a stunning performance, “Cool Hand Luke” defeated Gian van Veen in a thrilling match on Tuesday night. After his victory, Littler shared with Sportsboom, “I am now going solo. I believe it’s the right move for me.”

Expressing his gratitude towards ZXF Sports, Littler stated, “I want to extend a huge thank you to @Zxfsports, and especially @Martin_foulds84, for their support and guidance throughout the past five years. As my career progresses and the demands increase, we collectively decided it’s time for me to seek new representation.”

Last month, Littler caused a stir in the darts community with what seemed like a retirement announcement on social media, which was later revealed to be a promotional stunt for the upcoming EAFC26 video game. Following his successful debut at the World Grand Prix, Littler told Sky Sports, “I am thrilled with my performance. I feel like I played better than ever before.”

Reflecting on his recent win, Littler added, “I was determined to bring my best game to the match, and I’m pleased with how I performed. Gian was a worthy opponent, and we pushed each other to excel. I’m looking forward to the next challenge.”

Sky has introduced a discounted Essential TV and Sky Sports bundle for the upcoming 2025/26 season, offering members significant savings and over 1,400 live matches covering the Premier League, EFL, and more. The upcoming season will feature at least 215 live Premier League games on Sky, marking a substantial increase in coverage.
