Kylie Jenner has decided to revive her old Snapchat era, much to the delight of her fans. The era of ‘King Kylie’ from 2016 to 2018 on Snapchat has made a surprising comeback, bringing back fond memories for followers.

The 28-year-old reality TV star recently teased her fans with cryptic hints, sparking excitement and speculation among them. Despite some expecting a new song release, Kylie revealed that her cosmetic brand, Kylie Cosmetics, would reintroduce the iconic ‘King Kylie’ era with the launch of her first-ever lip gloss range, exclusively promoted on Snapchat.

In a two-and-a-half-minute video promoting the collection, Kylie donned the same outfit as in a previous clip, syncing to “3 Strikes” by Terror Jr, a song that she popularized through Snapchat lip-syncing. Julie Bogaert, Head of Creator Partnerships EMEA at Snapchat, expressed enthusiasm for Kylie’s return to the platform, highlighting her significant influence during the mid-2010s.

Kylie expressed her excitement about returning to Snapchat, a platform where she connected with fans in real-time, capturing various moments and memories. The new collection pays tribute to her journey, featuring popular looks and some nostalgic packaging, as acknowledged in her Instagram post.

The ‘King Kylie’ collection, inspired by Kylie’s Snapchat era, will be launched on October 18 at 12pm PST (8pm BST) on KylieCosmetics.com. Kylie’s empire, established in 2016, has expanded to include skincare, fragrances, and hair products, with Forbes valuing Kylie Cosmetics at $670 million (£499.5 million).

Kylie’s Snapchat era, known for her edgy style and experimentation with different hair colors, marked the time when she launched Kylie Cosmetics. Her plump lips, a focal point of discussion and critique, were also prominent during this period. Fans can anticipate more content from Kylie, as she embarks on this new chapter celebrating a decade of Kylie Cosmetics.
