A well-known social media figure passed away shortly after her marriage ceremony. Adna Rovčanin-Omerbegović, aged 26, became ill during her wedding reception on September 13 and was promptly taken to the hospital. Sadly, she slipped into a coma and passed away on September 15.
Apart from her online presence as a content creator, she also owned a salon in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia. Fans have expressed deep sorrow over her untimely death, with many offering condolences and memories of her kindness.
Adna leaves behind her spouse, four sisters, and her parents. The exact cause of her death remains unknown, and an autopsy is being conducted to determine the reason for her sudden deterioration.
The couple tied the knot at the Hollywood Hotel in Sarajevo, and Adna’s funeral took place on September 17, with prayers held at the Mosque of Kobilja Glava. Hundreds of mourners gathered to pay their respects during her wake.
A close friend shared that Adna was known for her altruism and dedication to helping others. She worked as a nurse at the Old City Health Center and pursued makeup as a personal passion.
Although her social media accounts were disabled following her passing, her wedding photographer paid tribute to her on Instagram, describing her smile as the most captivating in Bosnia. The photographer had previously shared pictures of Adna with her husband in anticipation of their special day.
