Four individuals have been apprehended following a stabbing incident at a popular theme park in the United Kingdom. The occurrence took place around 1 am near the retail store on the premises of Flamingo Land Resort, situated in Kirby Misperton, as confirmed by North Yorkshire Police. The victim, a male in his thirties, was promptly transported to a medical facility for treatment, with his injuries reported as non-life-threatening.
Authorities have arrested a 22-year-old male resident of Stockton-on-Tees in connection with the stabbing. Additionally, a 22-year-old female, a 54-year-old female, and a 51-year-old male, all hailing from the Teesside region, have been taken into custody on suspicion of aiding an offender. They are presently held for further interrogation, while the police urge the public to step forward with any relevant information to aid in the ongoing investigation.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police disclosed, “A 22-year-old male from Stockton-on-Tees has been detained in connection with a stabbing occurrence at Flamingo Land Resort in Kirby Misperton near Pickering. The incident unfolded in proximity to the onsite store shortly after 1:00 am today. The injured individual, a man in his thirties, is currently receiving medical attention in a hospital.”
