“Collection Cosmetics Skin Tint: Budget Beauty Favorite”

-

Exploring new foundations, tinted moisturizers, and skin tints is a passion of mine as I seek the ideal base that enhances my skin’s appearance naturally. This year, several noteworthy products have caught my attention, such as Dior Forever Hydra Nude and Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Gel Tint. However, a surprising addition to my favorites is the recently launched Skin Tint by Collection Cosmetics, priced at just £6.99.

Collection Cosmetics has introduced its new Skin Tint, a light and customizable face base enriched with niacinamide, squalane, and vitamin C to deliver instant radiant skin. Available in eight adaptable shades, this product is accessible for £6.99 at Superdrug and Boots.

Given my inclination to invest in quality makeup for flawless skin, I harbored doubts about the effectiveness of this budget-friendly product. However, I was pleasantly surprised by its performance.

Although I typically prefer using a brush for applying face makeup, this product also applies smoothly with fingers, allowing for easy blending and targeted application.

The promised instant glow was delivered in a flattering and natural manner. Even after a long-haul flight that left my skin looking dull, the product quickly revitalized my complexion. Throughout the day, I noticed a significant improvement in my skin’s appearance.

Unlike some other skin tints, I did not experience patchiness or settling into fine lines over time. Moreover, the product felt comfortable on my skin, providing a pleasant wearing experience.

While the longevity may not match the claim of lasting up to 24 hours, the Skin Tint by Collection is an excellent everyday base at an affordable price, earning my full approval.

I believe that expanding the range to include more shades would be beneficial. Although the current shades are versatile due to the sheer formula accommodating various skin tones, deeper shades are limited. (For reference, I use shade 2 Fair.)
