IShowSpeed, known as Darren Jason Watkins Jr., emerged victorious at the 2025 Streamer Awards in Los Angeles, claiming the prestigious Streamer of the Year title for the second year in a row. The event, which took place at the Wiltern Theatre on December 6, recognized outstanding individuals in the streaming community.

Among the notable winners were CaseOh, who secured the Gamer of the Year award, and Cinna, honored with The Sapphire Award for the top female or marginalized gender streamer of 2025.

During his acceptance speech, IShowSpeed expressed admiration for his close friend Kai Cenat, acknowledging his contribution to making streaming enjoyable and exciting for him.

Kai Cenat also shined at the awards ceremony, winning multiple accolades including Best Just Chatting Streamer, Best Streamed Event for Streamer University, Best Marathon Stream for Mafiathon 3, and Best Collab for a memorable moment with LeBron James.

PlaqueBoyMax, a producer, rapper, and Twitch streamer, clinched victories in the categories of Best Music Streamer and Best Streamed Series for In the Booth, while Emiru, a content creator on YouTube and Twitch, was recognized as the Best Creative Arts Streamer.

In the gaming segment, Caedrel was honored as the Best MOBA Streamer for his content on League of Legends, and Peak received the award for Stream Game of the Year.

AngryGinge, the winner of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, was a nominee for Best Sports Streamer at the event, but the award was claimed by flight23white.

The anticipated duo of Ginge and Aitch from Manchester, following their success in the jungle, may soon land their own reality show, with odds also favoring them to present Soccer Aid and potentially host Sky Sports’ Baller League in the future.

Celebrity PR specialist Kayley Cornelius speculated on the potential joint ventures for AngryGinge and Aitch, suggesting that their chemistry on screen during their jungle experience could lead to lucrative opportunities in the television industry.
