Pop sensation Justin Bieber surprised locals in Scotland by visiting a fish and chip shop in St Andrews and entertaining the staff with a spontaneous performance of the menu. Despite his fame, the shop owner, Charles Mair, and his team initially did not recognize the singer due to the busy event happening nearby.
Charles shared that Bieber, accompanied by two friends, patiently waited in line like any other customer, displaying charm and politeness. It was only after some time that the staff realized the identity of their famous visitor, causing a stir in the small town.
The Canadian musician, with a massive following on Instagram, waited for his order of haddock and chips, showing respect for the shop’s busy atmosphere. Bieber later shared glimpses of his Scottish adventure on social media, including a photo taken outside the fish and chip shop.
According to Charles, Bieber’s brief visit lasted around 15 minutes, during which he interacted pleasantly with other customers and embraced the bustling environment. The singer, who was in Scotland for a golf event at Gleneagles, also explored the local pub scene in Dundee after his visit to St Andrews.
Reports suggest that Bieber enjoyed a low-key evening at a pub in Dundee, engaging in activities like savoring a beer and playing on an arcade machine while surprising regular patrons with his presence.
