Bernie Ecclestone’s wife recently shared insights into how they manage parenting their young son, despite their significant 46-year age gap. The former Formula One magnate, now 95, and his 49-year-old spouse reside in the serene Swiss village of Gstaad.
The couple welcomed their son in 2020, when Ecclestone was 89, embarking on a new chapter in their lives after marrying eight years earlier. They divide their time between the picturesque Swiss Alps and Fabiana’s native Brazil.
Their son, Ace, has been raised to be trilingual, fluent in Portuguese from his mother, English from his father, and Swiss German from attending the International Preschool in Gstaad.
In a recent interview with Bild, Fabiana discussed their parenting dynamic, emphasizing teamwork in raising Ace. Ecclestone chimed in, praising Ace’s intelligence and potential, highlighting his adaptability and love for skiing at a young age.
Ecclestone reflected on his relationship with Ace, aiming to be a supportive figure despite the age gap. He shared his preference for a low-key celebration with his family over a lavish party, opting for a trip to his Brazilian ranch.
Additionally, Ecclestone recently sold a yacht named after his daughters, Petra and Tamara, due to infrequent use. Another yacht owned by the Formula 1 figure is also up for sale, as it sees limited use.
