This development impacts a total of 11 sites, including eight managed by Argyll Holidays, which Cove UK acquired for £100 million in 2022. The affected holiday parks comprise Solway Holiday Park, Gwel an Mor Resort, and Springwood Holiday Park. Administrators are actively exploring sales options for the business and have already informed park owners about the situation.

Seal Bay Resort in West Sussex remains unaffected and continues to operate as usual. Alvarez & Marsal Europe has been appointed to manage the administration process for Cove Communities Holiday Park UK Holdco Limited (HPUK), as well as its subsidiaries, which include Cove Communities Venture 2 Gwel an Mor OpCo Ltd, Cove Communities Venture 2 Solway OpCo Ltd, Cove Communities Venture 2 Springwood OpCo Ltd, and Cove Communities Venture 2 Argyle OpCo Ltd.
