Netanyahu to Condemn Nations Acknowledging Palestinian Statehood

-

Benjamin Netanyahu has promised to denounce leaders of nations that have acknowledged Palestinian statehood during his upcoming speech at the UN. The Israeli Prime Minister made this declaration before departing to the United States for the UN General Assembly in New York. This statement follows recent recognitions of Palestine as a state by countries such as the UK, France, and Canada.

Keir Starmer hailed the recognition as a step towards a brighter future for both Palestinians and Israelis. Meanwhile, Netanyahu strongly criticized the conditions in Gaza, labeling the situation as “intolerable.”

In response, Netanyahu vowed to present the truth about Israel, its citizens, and the IDF soldiers at the UN, condemning leaders who support granting statehood to individuals involved in violent acts. He also plans to discuss achievements and future goals with President Donald Trump during his visit.

Ahead of the UN General Assembly meetings, several countries, including France, Andorra, Belgium, Luxembourg, Malta, and Monaco, affirmed their recognition of a Palestinian state to push for a two-state solution. This decision was made despite objections from Israel and the US.

Tragically, at least 17 people, including children, lost their lives in Israeli attacks in Gaza on Thursday. The casualties included children, with reports of additional victims still trapped under debris. The ongoing conflict in Gaza has resulted in a significant number of casualties over the past two years, with thousands of Palestinians losing their lives.
