“Two-Year-Old Murder Victim Remembered for Joyful Spirit”

-

The family of a two-year-old girl, believed to be a murder victim, has expressed their deep sorrow and shared fond memories of her joyful personality. Isabelle Rose Welsh tragically passed away after being hospitalized due to concerns about her well-being. Alexandra Walker, 25, and Harrison Simpson, 21, were recently brought before the court on murder charges related to her death.

In a heartfelt tribute, Isabelle’s family requested that her image be circulated on social media instead of those accused of causing her harm. They described Isabelle as a two-year-old with a promising future, known for her cheerful demeanor, love for watching Peppa Pig, reliance on her pacifiers, and enjoyment of dancing. Her father, Josh Welsh, affectionately referred to her as his “princess” and bid her farewell with the words, “Rest in peace Isabelle. Daddy loves you.” The family also expressed gratitude for the support and condolences received following the loss of their beloved child.

On social media, numerous individuals have shared their shock and sympathy for the family, with some describing Isabelle as an angel and lamenting the cruelty of the world. Floral tributes have been left outside the family’s residence in Thornaby, Teesside, offering messages of comfort and prayers for the little girl.

Walker, residing on Hartington Close in Thornaby, faces charges of murder and causing or allowing the death of a child. Simpson, also from Hartington Close, is accused of murder, rape, and causing or allowing the death of a child. Both defendants appeared via video link from prison at Teesside Crown Court and were remanded in custody.

A plea hearing is scheduled for November 6.
