Fourth-ranked Felix Auger-Aliassime will lead the Canadian team during the upcoming Davis Cup qualifiers in Quebec City. Tennis Canada announced that Auger-Aliassime will be accompanied by Gabriel Diallo from Montreal, Liam Draxl from Newmarket, Ontario, and Duncan Chan from Markham, Ontario. The Canadian team, currently ranked 12th, is set to face off against sixth-ranked France in a best-of-five match at Videotron Centre. The victor will secure a spot in the 2026 Davis Cup Finals scheduled for November. Canada secured a narrow 3-2 victory over Brazil in the previous round of qualifiers last February, while France earned their spot by defeating Slovakia with a 3-1 scoreline.
