The Privacy Display, a new addition to mobile technology, can be activated in settings to ensure that content disappears if not viewed head-on. This feature adds a layer of security and privacy, especially in public settings where prying eyes may try to sneak a peek at texts or media being displayed. Users can customize settings to block specific apps or notifications for added privacy control.
Samsung described the Privacy Display as a game-changer in protecting phone privacy by controlling how light is dispersed through the pixels, ensuring content remains clear and visible only to the user. The S26 Ultra also boasts a slim design, enhanced battery life, and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform for optimal performance.
Furthermore, the S26 Ultra features an updated quad rear camera for improved low-light photography and enhanced video stabilization with Super Steady capabilities. The device also comes with an S Pen for note-taking on its 6.9-inch AMOLED screen.
