“Three Fatal Road Accidents Strike Quebec Overnight”

Three individuals lost their lives in separate road accidents in Quebec overnight. The first incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. on Route 132 East near Chemin Mistral in Saint-Michel-de-Bellechasse. Emergency responders were summoned to the location where a vehicle had veered off the road. The driver, a 35-year-old man who was the sole occupant, tragically died at the scene due to unknown circumstances. The road was temporarily closed but reopened by 4:45 a.m.

In another tragic event at approximately 3:20 a.m., a single-vehicle accident took place on Route 138 near Franquelin. The vehicle, carrying four occupants, lost control for reasons yet to be determined. One individual succumbed to their injuries, while the remaining three are currently in critical condition with life-threatening injuries. Partial road closures were implemented in the vicinity of the accident site.

A third car crash was reported at 6 a.m. on Route 138 in Saint-Tite-des-Caps. The vehicle, traveling eastbound, veered out of its lane, leading to a rollover. A man and a woman in their 30s were inside the car. Tragically, the woman, aged 37, passed away at the hospital, while the man is in critical condition. The reasons behind this incident remain unknown.
