The video showcased the duchess being chauffeured around prominent landmarks in the US capital before reaching the summit venue. A brief moment in the video captured a suitcase with the initials ‘DS,’ believed to represent her title as the Duchess of Sussex.
Earlier this year, Meghan faced criticism for reportedly using her HRH title against an agreement made with the late Queen. She and Prince Harry relinquished their HRH titles upon stepping back as senior royals in March 2020. However, Meghan was recently seen using the title in a gift card.
During her appearance at the summit, Meghan subtly hinted at her new endeavors post-royal life. She mentioned focusing on nesting and healing, contrasting with her past royal responsibilities. The couple has since ventured into various projects, including deals with Netflix and Meghan’s own brand, As Ever.
