While the Paul Busch Circus is yet to issue a formal statement regarding the tragedy, police spokesperson Stefan Heiduck mentioned the presence of crisis intervention experts to assist those in need. The Mayor of Bautzen, Karten Vogt, conveyed his condolences to the affected families and expressed deep sorrow over the incident.
